What happens next
We confirm it is you. Before we share or change anything we check your identity against the details we hold — usually a call or a one-time code.
We respond within 30 days. If a request needs longer we will tell you why, and when to expect an answer.
Some data we must keep. Tax invoices, registration and warranty records have retention periods set by law — see the retention schedule. We will tell you exactly what we kept and why.
Not satisfied? You can complain to our Grievance Officer first, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
